Who we are

We are Archon Network and Data Solutions (referred to as “Archon” for the rest of this document).

We provide computer programming services (PSIC 62010 – Computer Programming Activities).

As of 8 May 2023, we are also a licensed Internet Service Provider, providing internet connectivity via fiber and wireless.

Information we collect

Archon and its authorized agents may collect whatever information is necessary, such as name, contact information, and precise location information/GPS coordinates, images, and correspondence in order to process your request.

How we use your information

We do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties, unless strictly necessary and with your consent, in order to process your request such as in domain registration.

We use various tools to assess your request, such as using your GPS coordinates to check our network coverage.

We may also file and use your information to cater future requests, broadcast necessary announcements, or to enforce our terms of service including but not limited to legal action.

Who we share your data with

We do not share information directly provided by you to third parties.

Processing of information by third parties

This data privacy policy shall not apply to third party service providers.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Photon Data System, a software system of Archon Network and Data Solution, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our subscriber management system or interact with our automated chatbot connected to our Facebook Business Page.

1. Who We Are

Photon Data Systems include but is not limited to our ISP subscription management, ticketing, and automated chatbot system. The chatbot is operated by Archon Network and Data Solution, a business based in the Philippines. You may contact us at the email admin at archon.net.ph for any privacy-related concerns.

2. What We Collect

When you interact with our chatbot, we may collect the following personal information to verify your identity and provide appropriate support:

  • Service ID and/or Account ID
  • Name, address, contact number, or email (any combination used for verification)
  • Chat history during your session

All information is collected only as needed to verify your identity and provide read-only customer support (e.g., account status, recent payments, connectivity issues).

3. Use of Collected Data

Your data is used solely for subscriber management and customer support purposes. This may include answering queries such as:

  • “How much do I owe?”
  • “When was my last payment?”
  • “Is my service currently active?”
  • “Can you check my modem’s connectivity?”

4. Data Sharing

Your information is not shared with any third party beyond the extent necessary for chatbot functionality when you interact with our chat interfaces. Our system may send your messages to OpenAI for processing via API. OpenAI does not store or use this information beyond the scope of generating a reply.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain any personally identifiable information beyond the duration of the session.
In rare cases, ephemeral or debug information may be temporarily stored for development or troubleshooting purposes, and will be securely destroyed within six (6) months or immediately after use—whichever is longer.

6. Security Measures

We take reasonable organizational, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure hosting
  • Encryption of data in transit
  • Access control and internal safeguards

7. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Withdraw consent to data processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the NPC

8. Opting Out

If you do not wish to have your information processed by our chatbot, simply refrain from engaging in chat. A disclaimer is shown before any conversation begins, giving you the option to continue or exit.

9. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is intended to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (PDPA).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice.
